In this opinion letter, we have provided a short overview of the available interventions for treating war refugees and their effectiveness. From a psychological/psychotherapeutic point of view, we have chosen a specific model from the extensive arsenal of possible approaches that meet APA and MHPSS recommendations for supporting refugees.
